Energy Examined host Tracy Larsson speaks with Ouellette about a recent MEI report on the Clean Fuel Standard, proposed federal regulation to lower greenhouse gas emissions through the use of lower-carbon fuels. Ouellette outlines concerns over the regulation's inflexible approach which would harm Canada's economic recovery while producing uncertain environmental benefits.
